In this booklet, participants will take a radically different approach to the habits of the heart. God never intended our lives to be based on a set of individual daily habits, but rather on a whole life orientation that grows out of family and community life. We are not to gain insights from the Word fundamentally in isolation but from disciplines in all spheres of our lives. God carefully designed these habits to guide each believer into a life in which Christ can richly dwell in our hearts, resulting in our entire lives being transformed by our calling.

The guide uses a foundational Bible study approach to help believers establish lasting spiritual routines. The primary areas of study include:
Deep Spiritual Roots: Exploring Ephesians 3:14–21 (“My heart Christ’s home”) to turn internal faith into a deep well of strength.
Biblical Mindsets: Studying Colossians 3:1–17 to consciously set your mind on higher, spiritual values.
Family Discipleship: Learning to build and nurture godly routines inside the household based on Ephesians 6:1–4.
Church Involvement: Understanding the vital everyday role of community fellowship using Hebrews 10:23–25.
Work Ethic: Integrating professional excellence and integrity into daily living using 1 Thessalonians 4:9–12.
